As a proud grantee of Governor Wes Moore’s ENOUGH Initiative, the Good Intentions Foundation is committed to ending child poverty by providing essential resources and sustainable opportunities for families in Prince George’s County.
Through Cradle-to-Career Education, Healthy Families, and Economic Opportunity, we equip children and families with the tools they need to break generational poverty and build a stronger future.
Cradle-to-Career Education
Ensuring youth have the tools and support to succeed from early education to career readiness.
School Essentials Support – Distributing backpacks, school supplies, and educational materials to set students up for success.
Youth Mentorship & Leadership Training – Providing mentorship, career exploration, and leadership programs to help young people build confidence and skills for the future.
Financial Literacy for Youth – Teaching budgeting, saving, and responsible money management to empower young adults.
Career Readiness & Workforce Development – Equipping students with resume-building, interview skills, and pathways to higher education or vocational training.
Internship Opportunities with Good Intentions – Offering hands-on experience for youth to learn, grow, and contribute through internship placements within our programs.

Providing vital resources to help families maintain stability, well-being, and security.
Bi-Monthly Food Distributions – Partnering with the Capital Area Food Bank to ensure families have consistent access to nutritious food.
Diaper & Baby Essentials Program – Supplying parents with diapers, wipes, and baby care products to relieve financial stress.
Clothing Assistance – Hosting monthly clothing distributions to provide individuals with seasonally appropriate attire.
Health & Wellness Support – Connecting families with wellness programs, community health screenings, and mental health resources.
